Identified

Some Interac e-Transfer deposits in Canada could be delayed before they show as completed. Funds sent by customers are received and safe; the delay affects only when the transfer status changes to completed. We have identified the cause with our banking partner and are working with them to resolve it. In the meantime, our team is monitoring deposits and processing any affected transfers.
