Identified

We are investigating an issue in the Sandbox environment where users cannot sign in to the Partner Portal. After selecting an organization, users are returned to the sign-in page. Sandbox webhook deliveries are also delayed. Production is not affected. We have identified the cause and are applying a fix. We will provide an update shortly.
